I'm here to support people who are on the gritty path of becoming better, more resilient versions of themselves through therapy.
My purpose is to provide a safe, non-judgmental, and person-centered therapy space where clients can feel truly seen, deeply heard, validated, and genuinely valued.
My work reflects a strong commitment to cultural humility, authentic connection, and empowering clients toward meaningful, lasting change that fits their lives.

In my free time, you can usually find me working out, riding my gravel bike, savoring relaxed moments with family, caring attentively for my three elderly rescue dogs, or baking rustic sourdough boules to share with loved ones.
