About Me

I’m a licensed therapist with more than 10 years of experience in mental health, serving as a preschool day-treatment therapist, school-based clinician, supervisor, trainer, and consultant. I take a compassionate, relationship-focused, person-centered approach and am deeply committed to supporting children, families, and fellow clinicians with practical guidance and empathetic care. I specialize in trauma-focused therapy and thoughtfully integrate other evidence-based modalities and therapeutic approaches. My goal is to provide a warm, safe environment where you can process what’s most impacting you and make meaningful progress toward healing. Together we’ll work to find and strengthen your grit.

We all deserve to be seen, heard, and truly valued in a safe space we can call our own. My goal is to provide thoughtful, person-centered care tailored to your unique strengths and specific needs.

  • No. Insurance companies can often impose restrictions on therapy. This may include limits on session length and frequency, requirements for specific treatment approaches, and other administrative constraints. They also typically require a mental health diagnosis and access to clinical records in order to authorize and cover services. Choosing not to use insurance allows for greater flexibility in our work together and provides a higher level of privacy and confidentiality for your care.
